Meet the Chez NICU Home Team

Post-Doctoral Research Associate
Theresa Kim, PhD
Dr. Theresa Kim (PhD) completed her PhD in epidemiology and psychology with a focus on maternal and child health using the National Longitudinal Survey of Children and Youth database from Statistics Canada, and held a post-doctoral fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children, Child Health Evaluative Sciences, working on the STOMP Early Years clinical randomized controlled trial for young children with severe obesity. Theresa’s main involvement with the MOM-LINC lab will be the Chez NICU Home project, expanding her training on knowledge translation, dissemination, and parent engagement in pediatric/neonatal research.

Research Clinician
Megan Glover, BScN, RN
Meg graduated from Dalhousie University with a BScN in 2014. Her career started in the NICU as a resource team nurse at the IWK Health Centre, and she has worked throughout the maternal newborn program helping mothers and babies during antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum periods. Megan joined the Chez NICU Home team in 2018 as the Research Clinician.

Kaitlin Bourque, MScN RN
Kaitlin joined the Chez NICU Home team in the summer of 2019.

Health Science Librarian
Kallen Rutledge, MLIS
Kallen joined the MOM-LINC Lab in December 2016, and the Chez NICU Home team in the fall of 2018. She holds a Masters in Library and Information Studies from Dalhousie University and provides the team with enhanced specialized research assistance in support of evidence based content development.
